Went upstairs to the main arena and wasn't left waiting long until our bands was called.
The problem started when we went in for the safety briefing. The instructor was not polite at all, and granted there was a kids party but she seemed to have no patience.
We was in the briefing room for 35 minutes before we was able to go climb, this is a room full of 35 children including some adults all becoming inpatient and agitated and the woman only decided to get help when we had been sitting in there for 25 minutes.
I noticed her be rude to several other children and adults throughout the session, and had the feeling that she had the not bothered attitude and didn't want to be there.
All the other instructors was fantastic, all very helpful and attentive, unfortunately this one ruined our session.
